If the MB side mulcher encounters an obstacle, the patented double joint causes the mulcher to simultaneously swivel out and lift, thus safely bypassing the obstacle. The integrated tension springs ensure that the side mulcher returns to its working position, allowing mulching to continue uninterrupted.
